These Terms and Conditions govern your use of the DBWW Rewards platform. Please read them carefully before connecting your wallet or claiming rewards.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using the DBWW Rewards platform ("the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
2. Eligibility
To claim rewards, you must hold $DBWW tokens in a Solana wallet for a minimum of 7 consecutive days. Rewards are calculated based on your lowest token balance over the preceding 7-day period, not your current balance. You must be of legal age in your jurisdiction to participate.
3. Reward Claims
Each wallet address may claim once every 7 days. Rewards are proportional to your $DBWW holdings relative to the total supply and the SOL available in the distribution wallet. The platform reserves the right to adjust reward amounts, eligibility criteria, or suspend distributions at any time without prior notice.
4. No Gaming or Manipulation
Attempting to manipulate the reward system — including but not limited to temporarily purchasing tokens to inflate your balance before claiming, using multiple wallets to circumvent limits, or exploiting bugs — is strictly prohibited and may result in permanent disqualification from future rewards.
5. No Financial Advice
$DBWW tokens and SOL are cryptocurrencies. Nothing on this Platform constitutes financial, investment, or legal advice. Cryptocurrency investments carry significant risk, including the possibility of total loss. You participate at your own risk.
6. Reward Pool Availability
Rewards are distributed from a pool funded by 20% of platform revenue. The availability and size of rewards depends on available funds in the distribution wallet. We make no guarantees about the minimum or maximum reward amount at any given time. The pool may be empty or insufficient at times.
7. Blockchain Transactions
All SOL reward transactions are executed on the Solana blockchain. Once a transaction is broadcast, it cannot be reversed. You are responsible for providing a correct and valid wallet address. We are not liable for losses resulting from incorrect wallet addresses or network issues.
8. Wallet Security
You are solely responsible for the security of your Solana wallet and private keys. We will never ask for your private key or seed phrase. We are not liable for any losses resulting from compromised wallets, phishing attacks, or unauthorized access to your wallet.
9. Platform Availability
We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform. The Platform may be modified, suspended, or discontinued at any time without notice. We are not liable for any losses arising from Platform downtime or changes.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the DBWW team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including but not limited to lost profits, lost tokens, or data loss.
11. Regulatory Compliance
You are responsible for ensuring that your participation in the DBWW rewards program complies with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction. The Platform is not available where prohibited by law.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated terms will be posted on this page. Continued use of the Platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
